Qigong Classes:

Certified by the Supreme Science Qigong Foundation, Suzette is super excited to share with families the health benefits of Qigong Level 1. Qigong is the skill of harnessing Life Energy as the Supreme Science Qigong Foundation states. Using breath, slow movement, and intentions, you will learn how to gather the energy or Qi (Chi) all around us. It is amazing how practicing Qigong for 45 minutes 3-5 times a week will improve all aspects of your health. This is an over 5,000 year old practice originating in China. Oprah’s favorite Dr. Oz is also a devout Qigong pracitioner.

Immediately, you will feel the energy between your hands with each breath, strengthening with each movement, and becoming more powerful with each intention/blessing/prayer you make! Classes are generally 60 minutes in length and are $10/class. There is a flat rate if more than 15 people are interested. Once you try it, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you feel the Qi! You are Qi!

Women’s Wellness Topics:

As mothers, we tend to always do for everyone else, but ourselves. We unconsciously and sometime consciously, put ourselves last. It is in our nature to always give, give, give. But, as we all know, that is not something we can do indefinitely without it causing some sort of stress in all areas of our lives- emotionally, physically, and mentally. Our well-being depends on our understanding of how to balance these aspects. This begins by educating ourselves on what makes our bodies healthy, our minds sharp, and our spirits strong. They are typically one hour in length and are designed to be for groups of 15 or more. They may be scheduled as ‘brown bag’ lunchtime events, playgroup/Moms group topic presentations, main topic presentations at your monthly meetings, or as fundraising events. These are a few of the topics available. If there is something you are interested in, Suzette would be more than happy and willing to present that also.

Superfit Family Challenge:

We hear about it all over the media; how unhealthy our families, and our children are becoming. How this generation will be the first generation to live a shorter lifespan than any other generation. A frightening statistic, but sadly true. So, how can we learn how to live a healthier lifestyle? How can help our children have the future we wish for them? By making the first step and learn as a family.

With this workshop, families will:

  • Learn how the childhood obesity epidemic could dismantle Social Security and Medicare.
  • Discover why Americans are eating two to three times more than they did 30 years ago.
  • Unmask how Type 2 Diabetes has gone from an ‘adult disease’, to something that is affecting children as young as 6.
  • Offer real solutions to transform your school, business, community, and state into a healthier place to live.
  • Deliver an 8 week strategy to shape your family into a fitter, closer, and happier bunch.
  • Empower you with valuable tools and training to carry out your own SuperFit Family Challenge.

How To Drug Proof Your Kids:

Families need information about how to talk with their children about the dangers of drugs. However, how do we do that? What exactly is out there? How will I know if my own children are taking drugs? This program hopes to answer these questions and more. It will challenge and inspire you for the sake of your family.

In this program, families will learn:

  • How to communicate with your children about this topic.
  • To recognize and identify different types of drugs and substances.
  • How to identify signs and symptoms of drug use in your family.
  • Explore your own feelings about drugs and alcohol.
